In 2020 I decided to incorporate my personal Buy to Let properties into one limited company owned by me.
Merchants - and specifically Mr Ketan Patel - played a crucial role in deciding the strategy prior to its implementation.
Due to there being hundreds of properties involved along with 7 sets of solicitors, this transaction - which was the largest ever of its type - was hugely complicated and would have failed had Mr Patel not worked so hard and diligently throughout the period.
